Chocolate Sugar Cookie

Ingredients

• 3 squares unsweetened chocolate squares
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl 2 minutes or until butter melts, stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar until well blended. Stir in egg and vanilla until mixed. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375, shape into big marble size balls, roll in sugar, and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min or until set remove from sheet to rack to cool.
