Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c carrots, shredded
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small savoy cabbage, shredded
- 13 oz pot stickers
- 6 green onions, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1/3 c tamari
- black pepper
- 8 c chicken stock
- 2 eggs, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
1) Stir fry shrimp. Add mushrooms, carrots, and garlic and cook 2 min. Add cabbage and cook till wilted, 5 min. Add green onion, tamari, and pepper. Add stock and boil. Reduce to simmer and stir in eggs. Cook until eggs are set.
2) Brown pot stickers and add to each bowl of soup.
