  • 2 Stir in all remaining ingredients except green onions. Cover; cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until heated and mixture is well blended. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with green onions.

This is actually VERY good. It's even GREAT cold, served as a 'salad' side dish.

you can always make it NOT healthified by using real cream cheese, etc.

I found this recipe easy to make and very tasty. I have tried "healthified" recipes before and I always found them bland, that is NOT the case with this recipe - it is packed with flavor.
