Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed
- lemon juice Sea salt, paprika, and cumin to taste
- 6-10 large tortillas
- Lettuce and tomato

Step 1
1. Combine water, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sea salt, and cumin in the bowl of a food processor. Blend thoroughly.
2. Spread on tortillas and top with lettuce and tomato slices.
TIP
You can flavor hummus by adding your favorite vegetable or spice, such as roasted red peppers, horseradish, extra garlic, cayenne pepper, or sun-dried tomatoes.
