Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can black walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and oil. Add carrots, walnuts, vanilla cinnamon and flour. Add egg, one at a time. Bake at 325 degrees.
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup milk
½ tsp. vanilla
