Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated prepared pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 3/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 5 slices vegetarian bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 F. Unroll pizza dough and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place one teaspoon jam on each piece of dough. Top with cheese, green onion, vegetarian bacon, and pecans. Brush edges of dough with water. Fold dough over filling and seal edges with fork. Place pockets on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
