Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and continue stirring until mixture cools. Beat in eggs, one at a time, stirring until mixture is slightly glossy and smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter into a greased 10-inch iron skillet. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cut bread into slices and serve.
