Ingredients
- 1 Pound fresh green beans
- 2 Tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/8 Teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beans until crisp and slightly tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place in bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and toss with beans to coat. Serve at room temperature.
