Ingredients
- 2 Gourmet mini seedless cucumbers
- 1 cup fat-free yogurt, drained
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chopped mixed herbs (parsley, dill, mint, basil)
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel cucumbers and grate into mixing bowl. Add yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice and herbs and stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
