- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt, and pepper
- 3 cups uncooked Rigatoni noodles
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce (14 oz.)
- 1 small can pizza sauce (7 1/2 oz.)
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 lb. grated pizza cheese or what you want
Cook noodles. Fry meat, onions, green pepper until brown. Drain and add sauces and mushrooms. Mix well then add cooked noodles. Mix well.
. Layer this in a 9x13 pan. Then add cheese. Keep alternating top with cheese and pepperoni pieces.
. Bake at 325* for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese melts. You can freeze this if you want.
