- 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon white-wine vinegar
- 8 hard cooked eggs, peeled and roughly chopped.
- 1 celery stalk, minced
- 1/4 small red onion, minced
- coarse salt and ground pepper
