Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef, 1/2 can soup, oatmeal, onion, egg, soup mix, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf and put into 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done.
Gravy:
Blend remaining mushroom soup with small can of mushroom stems and pieces (un-drained). Stir well to mix. Season with salt and pepper. Heat and serve over meatloaf and mashed potatoes.
