Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup toasted pecans

Step 1
Toast nuts by placing in a single layer on pan. Place in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Chop finely. Grease cookie sheet with butter. Combine butter, sugar and water. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture reaches 300 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into buttered cookie sheet and silt to spread. Cool 3 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips and spread with spatula. Sprinkle with nuts and allow to cool. Break into chunks.
