Ingredients
- 2# ground beef
- 1 28-oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 28-oz. diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups chopped red pepper
- 2 beef bullion cubes
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 large onions, diced

Step 1
1. In stock pot, cook meet until brown. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer till red peppers are tender. About 35-40 minutes.
