Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups icing sugar
- ½ cup milk or strong coffee
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 6 tbs. butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
2 eggs
2 cups icing sugar
½ cup milk or strong coffee
1/8 tsp. salt
Set a bowl in a pan of simmering water, stir until the mixture reaches 160 degrees. Remove the pan from heat and stir in:
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
6 tbs. butter, cut into small pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
Stir until the chocolate and butter are melted and mixture is smooth. Chill up to 4 days.
