Ingredients

  • 1 egg or 3/4 cup liquid egg
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp. Splenda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup non-fat sugar free fruit yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 4 slices stone-ground whole wheat bread
  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Step 1

In shallow dish, whisk together egg, milk, Splenda, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Dip each slice of bread into egg, making sure to coat both sides. Brush oil onto non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook about 4 mins., turning once or until golden brown. Serve with strawberries and yogurt.
