- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 4-6 pork chops

Preparation
Step 1
Pour uncooked rice in 9 x 13 pan. Add soups and mix well. Season pork chops and sear on both sides in frying pan. Place chops on top of rice in pan. Pour a small amount of water in frying pan and loosen pan juices. Pour over pork chops. Cover pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
