Chocolate Sweet Dough

Ingredients

• 454 grams butter
• 230 grams sugar
• pinch salt
• 2 eggs
• 5 grams vanilla
• ½ tsp. baking powder
• 160 grams bread flour
• 450 grams pastry flour
• 80 grams cocoa powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter, sugar, and salt until the mix is light and fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla, and scrape the bowl to mix well. Sift together the flours, cocoa, and baking powder; add it to the mixture until the dough comes together. Chill dough ½ hour. Roll out the dough to ¼ inch thickness and place in a fluted pan.
