Ingredients

  • For Noodles
  • 3 cups of flour (cake flour or noodle flour 00)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • For chicken
  • 1 chicken whole or cut up
  • parsley to taste
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 boxes chicken stock

Preparation

Step 1

Chicken can be done in slow cooker or on stove top.

1. Add chicken, garlic, parsley and stock.
2. Cook untill chicken falls off bones.

While chicken is cooking Noodle dough needs at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

1. Mix flour, salt, and eggs with 2 knives.
2. Add 1/2 cup water
3. Knead, refrigerate for 1 hour.

Once chicken has cooled, remove from bones.

Thicken broth with flour and water mixture.

Roll out, boil noodles in water for a few minutes until the float, then remove.

Return chicken and noodles to thicken broth.
