Ingredients
- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped or sliced
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix Jell-O, cake mix, oil and milk. Add eggs one at a time. Fold in strawberries, nuts and coconut. Bake in layer pans or sheet pan sprayed with Baker’s Joy. Let cool.
Topping:
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
½ cup coconut
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup strawberries
Mix sugar and butter. Stir in strawberries, nuts and coconut. Spread topping over cake.
