Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. new potatoes (red-skinned)
- 3 tbl. melted margarine
- 1 tbl. snipped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Wash potatoes and leave whole. Pare a narrow strip around the center of each potato.
Cook in boiling water 15-20 minutes, until tender but firm. Drain.
Toss with melted margarine and sprinkle with parsley.
