  • 350 grams flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbs. sugar
  • 226 grams butter, chilled and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • ¼ - ½ cup ice water

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, place the flour, salt, sugar, and process until combined. Add the butter and process until the mix resembles a coarse meal. Pour in ¼ cup water in a steady stream, just until the dough holds together when pinched. Add remaining water, if necessary. Don’t process more than 30 seconds.

Divide ough in half-chill 30 minutes – 1 hour.
