Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped apple
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/3 c. Miracle Whip
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 8 slices raisin bread, lightly toasted
- leaf lettuce

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread and lettuce; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Spread scant 3/4 c. filling mixture on each of 4 bread slices. Place lettuce leaf on top of filling; top with remaining bread slices. Slice each sandwich on the diagonal.
Per sandwich: 480 calories, 37 grams carbohydrate, 3 grams fiber, 26 grams fat
