Ingredients

  • 8 oz. each of a variety of three cheeses with different flavors and textures, such as Gorgozola, cheddar and brie or camembert.
  • 1 large crisp red apple, sliced
  • 1 medium pear, sliced
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced in half if large
  • clusters of seedless red and green grapes
  • 1 7 oz. package dried apricots
  • 1/4 c. dried cherries or cranberries

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange cheeses in center of large serving platter. Cover; let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes.

Arrange fresh fruit in groups around the cheese. Sprinkle dried fruits around the platter. Garnish with green sprigs, if available.

To serve, provide cheese spreaders for soft cheeses and cheese cutters for harder cheeses. Serve with a variety of crackers and flatbreads.
