Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp stick butter or margarine, melted
- 3 tbsp Equal Spoonful or 3 packets Equal sweetener
- Filling:
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup Equal Spoonful or 16 packets Equal sweetener
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp grated lime peel
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and Equal in bottom of 8-inch springform pan; pat evenly on bottom and up side of pan. Bake in preheated 325 F oven 8 minutes.
Filling: Beat cream cheese and Equal in medium-size bowl until fluffy. Beat in egg, egg whites, lime peel and lime juice until well blended. Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated 325 F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
