Ingredients

  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 thick slice Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 slice baked ham
  • 1 egg
  • Fine cracker crumbs
  • Milk salt, pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Dip chicken breast in milk, then in butter, eggs and fine crumbs. Roll ham and cheese together. Place inside chicken breast. Fold chicken breast over and shape in oblong bundle. Store in refrigerator 6 hours.

Make 1 combination per guest.

An hour before serving time, remove from cold. Saute in butter and lightly brown. Bake 1 hour at 325 until tender.

Good served with dinner salad and baked potato
