Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9 x 5 loaf pan. Mix Bisquick, sugar, nuts, ginger and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix bananas, oil, molasses and eggs. Stir into sugar mixture until moistened. Pour into pan. Bake 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.

Cream Cheese Molasses Spread:
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp molasses

Mix until smooth and creamy.
