Ingredients
- Batter:
- 5 Cups fresh sliced Peaches
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 1/2 Tbs Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnemon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbs Butter of Margerine
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup sifter Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs butter or margerine
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- Light or Whipped Cream

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make filling in medium bowl. Combine peaches, sugar, flour, cinnemon, salt, vanilla and 1/4 cup of water. Put into a 9X9X 1-3/4" baking dish. Dot with butter. Make batter in medium bowl. Combine all batter indredients; beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Drop batter by spoonfuls on peach mixture. Space evenly. Batter will spread while baking. Bake 30 to 40 moinutes or until crust is golden brown and peaches are tender. Serve warm with cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
