Ingredients
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 8 oz pkg. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 oz jar diced pimentos, drained (optional)
- 1-2 cloves garlic (minced)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or 3 cup shallow baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbling.
You can make the night before without baking, cover and refrigerate, but bake it for 30-35 minutes instead.
