Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- No 1 can pumpkin
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Frosting
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 (3oz) cream cheese
- 3 cups powdered sugar.

Preparation
Step 1
Measure flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt together,set aside.
Cream sugar and pumpkin together. and oil and eggs.
stir in dry ingredients.
Bake approx 25 minutes or until cake leaves pan at 350 degrees.
