Ingredients
- ¼ c crunchy high fiber, low sugar cereal (such as Grapenuts) finely crushed
- ½ c fat free cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 TB honey
- 1 large egg white
- ¼ c fat free vanilla yogurt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ c cocoa powder, plus more for garnish
- 4 TB aerosol fat free whipped topping (optional)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Coat 4 three inch ramekins lightly with cooking spray. Spread cereal crumbs into even layers on bottoms. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and honey in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add egg white, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Beat again until smooth. Turn mixer to low; mix in cocoa. Spoon mixture into ramekins.
Bake 12 minutes, or until centers are set. Let cool 15 minutes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Dust with cocoa. If desired, add 1 tablespoon of whipped topping to each.
