Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- Salt/pepper
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup beer
- 14oz can crushed tomatoes
- 8oz can tomato sauce
- 8oz cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti in boiling water seasoned with salt. Brown and crisp bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove bacon from pan and drain.
Add beef to the pan and crumble as it browns. Add onion and garlic. Season the meat with salt, pepper, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add the beer and deglaze the pan. Cook 5-6 minutes more then add the crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Drain the spaghetti and add the spaghetti to the meat sauce. Add the bacon and toss to combine and coat the spaghetti with the sauce.
