Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 slices bread, cubed
- 1 pound sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 cup sharp cheese, grated

Step 1
Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer bread, sausage and cheese. Wisk together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes.
