1 cup half & half
8 oz chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup amaretto
1/2 cup graham craker crumbs
toasted marshmellows

Boil half & half - pour over chocolate in bowl and stir until melted. Return to pot and wisk in milk over medium heat to simmer. Stir in 1/2 cup amaretto, then remaining amaretto and crumbs
