Ingredients
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 tbl. parsley flakes
- 2 tbl. lemon juice
- 1 tbl. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dillweed
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 6 1-inch thick salmon steaks

Preparation
Step 1
Combine margarine, parsley, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, dillweed, seasoned salt and lemon pepper in a bowl. mix well. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
Brush salmon steaks with sauce.
Grill or broil for 3-4 minutes on one side, basting once. Turn steaks over. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes more until fish flakes easily, basting once.
