Ingredients
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 pkg. alouette garlic and herb spreadable cheese
- 1 pkg. smoked salmon (lox)
- coarsley ground black pepper

Step 1
Slice the unpeeled cucumber crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices.
Top each slice with herbed cheese spread, then a slice of smoked salmon. Sprinkle with pepper.
