Lasagna without Meat

Ingredients
- 4 c spaghetti sauce
- 2 c low fat ricotta cheese
- 1 c low fat cottage cheese
- 2 TB dried parlsey
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 4 oz grated part skim mozzarella cheese
- ¾ lb uncooked lasagna noodles
- ¼ c Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat over to 350. Spray 9x13 pan. Mix ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, parley, garlic. Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of pan. Arrange 1/3 of noodles so they touch. Spread ½ of cheese mixture over noodles. Top with ½ mozzarella cheese. Top with 1 cup sauce, 1/3 of noodles and rest of cheese mixture and mozzarella cheese. Add cup of sauce, another layer noodles and rest of sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake covered tightly with foil for one hour.
