Ingredients
- Berry Banana Shake:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries
- Chocolate Almond Shake:
- 2 cups chocolate milk
- 1 ½ cups chocolate frozen yogurt
- 1 ½ cup ice cubes
- ½ cup toasted almonds
- Creamsicle Shake
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender combine the milk, frozen yogurt, frozen fruit juice or ice cubes and flavourings; puree until smooth. Pour into tall glasses.
