  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries
  • Chocolate Almond Shake:
  • 2 cups chocolate milk
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate frozen yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup toasted almonds
  • Creamsicle Shake
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender combine the milk, frozen yogurt, frozen fruit juice or ice cubes and flavourings; puree until smooth. Pour into tall glasses.
