Oreo Truffles

Ingredients

• 1 package of Oreos
• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
• White Chocolate Bark
• Milk Chocolate Candy Bar or Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Process Oreos in the food processor until fine, then add softened cream cheese. Blend until paste

Form into 1 inch shaped balls and then freeze to become firm

In the meantime, melt white chocolate (I put a little Crisco in to thin chocolate) I melt in microwave, be careful not to burn.

Once balls have set up, dip in white chocolate and place in mini muffins cups and let cool. I then melt milk chocolate and drizzle over truffles.
