Ingredients
- 5 1/2 ounces butter, at room temperature
- 8 oz. sifted icing sugar
- 8 oz sifted flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 5 1/2 oz. egg whites, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the butter, sugar, flour, and salt. Mix with a paddle until the mix is smooth. Slowly add the egg whites and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Grease a baking sheet. Make a template, cutting a 7 - 8 inch diameter circle. Spread the batter over the template and repeat. BAke at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and quickly drape over a glass or bowl to create a dessert containers.
