Ingredients
- Topping:
- 4 Cups Plain Flour
- 1 Dry Yeast package
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 stick Margerine
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup warm butter
- 1 lb Black Olives
- 1 lb Chopped Chuck
- 1 Onion
- 3 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
To make dough; soften yeast in warm water; let stand for 2 minutes. Add sugar, margerine, milk and egg. Add flour, kneading gradually until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl and cover. Set aside and let rise until double in size.
Take seeds from olives and chop. Saute onion in olive oil; add meat, olives, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer 45 minutes.
After dough has doubled in size, roll out and place meat ingredients on the dough. Roll in a jelly roll and bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
