FABULOUS FROSTED FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 6 Eggs
• 1 1/2 Cups Milk
• 2 TBS. White Sugar
• 2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1 Loaf French Bread Cut into
• 3/4 " slices
• 1 8oz Cream Cheese
• 2 TBS Powdered Sugar
• 2 TBS Sour Cream
• 2 TBS Cool Whip
• 1 Tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, milk, white sugar and cinnamon. Dip the sliced French bread into the egg mixture and fry in a medium heat skillet. Use enough oil to brown the bread nicely.

While the toast is cooking mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, vanilla and cool whip. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth, yet firm.

Top the finished French toast with the cream cheese frosting on each slice. You may also top with fresh raspberries or strawberries.

This recipe may be altered by using fat free milk, cream cheese, sour cream and cool whip.
