African Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 qt chicken stock
• 1 sweet potato, cubed
• 1 potato, cubed
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 t cumin
• 1 t curry powder
• 1/4 t cayenne
• 1/4 c peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10-15 min.
