Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar, divided
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces white baking chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups raspberries

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Beat 1/4 cup of the sugar, the butter, and 1/2 tsp. of the vanilla in a small bowl with electric mixer on medium spped until light and fluffly. Slowly add flour, mixing on low speed until well blened. Press firmly onto the bottom of the pan, prick and bake for 25 minutes. Until edges are lightly browned.

Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tsp. vnailla until well blended. Add melted chocolate and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each additiona just until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake 1 hour. Cool before removing from pan. Top with raspberries just before serving.
