Cheese Ball

This recipe is from Mom, (Janet Magandy) Holiday staple at her house or any family gathering.

Ingredients

• 2 pkgs. (8oz.) Cream cheese, softened
• 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
• 1 tablespoon onion, minced
• 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• salt
• 1 pkg. Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped finely
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Dash cayenne pepper

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, shape into balls and roll in 1 cup finely chopped pecans. Store in fridge until ready to use.
