Ingredients
- 4 oz chicken breast
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cut white onion
- 1 green onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the chicken breast for 5-7 minutes per side or until it is no longer pink on the inside
Rinse, peel and mince the onion
Rinse and dice the green onion and mince the cilantro
Peel the avocado and remove the see. Dice the avocado and squirt it with juice from half the lemon
Whisk together the juice from the other half of lemon, juice from the lime, olive oil and salt
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Separate into two bowls. Toast the bread, cut into 1/2 inch pieces and top each salad with bread.
