Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 lbs sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 spoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (approx.)
  • chopped fresh parsley leaves (optional)
  • 1 spoon of Canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Scrub the sweet potatoes and cut (unpeeled) in half lengthwise. Cut into fries of equal size, no more than 1/2 inch thick on all sides recommended. Place the sweet potatoes in a bowl; toss with flour and salt to coat evenly.
2. Transfer the sweet potatoes to the Actifry pan. Drizzle with the oil.
3. Cook for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Adjust seasoning to taste.
