Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 2 cups toasted pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp dark rum
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Whisk eggs together then add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in ceter oven 40 to 45 minutes until pastry is golden and pie is puffed up in center is just set. Cool thoroughly before serving.
