- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups blueberries dredged in 3 tablespoons flour

Step 1
Combine sugar and butter. In separate bowl, beat egg and add milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk and egg mixture to sugar mixture. Fold in floured blueberries. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
