Frog Eye Salad

This recipe is made to serve a LOT of people... it can be cut in half for just a family dinner, and you would still end up with leftovers, probably.

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 2/3 c. pineapple juice
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 6 beaten egg yolks
- Salad:
- 1 box acini de pepe macaroni
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (use juice for preceeding)
- 1 can tidbits pineapple
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 medium cool whip
- 1 sm. pkg colored mini marshmallows

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick. Cool and save.
Boil macaroni in salted water; blanch, rinse, and cool. Place in bowl, add cooked mixture. Cover and let stand in fridge overnight. The next morning, add other ingredients and chill.
